The top tier is white with teal marble (college colors) with buttercream icing. The middle and bottom tiers are red velvet with crusting cream cheese buttercream icing. All tiers are covered in white MMF with red and black accents. Graduation cap, diploma and flowers are all 50/50 fondant/gumpaste. The tassel is fondant. TFL!
