Thanks everyone! It's funny. When I told my 13 year old daughter the color scheme I was going to use, she turned up her nose. She couldn't picture my vision.

The colors are electric blue and electric green.

On the striped bow, I just cut out black stripes of gumpaste and attached to the white bow with Tylose glue.
