Unfortunately I had to use real beer bottles (the birthday boy was happy with that though) but everything else is edible. The esky (that's what they're called in Australia, I think they're coolers elsewhere..) is made from mud cake covered in ganache and decorated with fondant and the ice cubes are made from isomalt. It was the first time I'd used it and it wasn't as scary as I thought!
