Jacqui's 50th Birthday
A stack of extra tall 'hat box' tiers, comprising gluten-free jaffa, gluten-free chocolate/hazelnut cake, and white chocolate mud cake. Each tier was filled with a creamy, light whipped ganache buttercream to complement the flavour of the cake. Decorated in ganache and fondant, and covered in over 35 personal edible images, sugar hydrangeas, rose buds and blossoms, and intricate royal icing details. Thanks for looking!
