12" single layer for bottom covered in BC & MMF. Flowers are all made of gumpaste & MMF/gumpaste mixture. Top tier is 3-layer cake covered in BC & MMF. Rainbow & sum are gumpaste. Used a 12" round cake board for cloud - original intent was to use cotton candy, but that didn't work out because of the humidity - so I covered the board with cake scraps and used BC to make the cloud. The rain is silver wires beaded with piping gel, the stuck up through the top of the cardboard.
