I made these for a cakewalk at my daughter's school. They were inspired by my daughter's LOVE for campfires and smores. Chocolate cupcakes in a graham cracker crust and either a ganache filling and topped with toasted marshmallow fluff, or a marshmallow filling and topped with ganache and a mini smore. I wanted to use the opportunity to try them a few different ways. The campfire is made of fondant base and logs, chocolate candy rocks, melted Jolly Rancher flames, and Marshmallow Bits. TFL
