Concept - a new beginning / new chapter in her graduates life. two tiers: bottom tier is my special red velvet cake filled w/ cream cheese and cover with chocolate fondant to look like a wooden desk. top tier is a regular red velvet cake cover with buttercream fondant and shaped to look like a book. Everything is edible.
