This cake was for my 2nd cousin who had her christening recently.

The cake is strawberries and cream (SMBC), covered in white chocolate ganache and then covered in Fondant.

I recently took the sugar flowers class that Jacqueline Butler has on Craftsy and it is wonderful - I couldn't have managed this cake without it - but now I am HOOKED on flower making - it takes ages, but it's so worth it.
