Yellow Cake with Coconut Buttercream and Coconut Shreddings

This cake looks like home to me! I have a sister who not eat sweets, but she will eat an entire coconut cake by herself! I think I can even smell the yum!

@kimmisue2009: Thank you! I personally don't like coconut but I had tried the frosting and it was pretty good. I would have to say that the family friend that I made it for said that his family loved it. So it was a good day! Thank you for your compliments :)
