This is a yellow cake with buttercream and fondant accents. The towers are made of plastic dowels and wrapped with fondant. Sugar cones that are stuffed with rice krispie treats then dipped in chocolate. Coat the inside of the cone first with chocolate to keep rice krispies treats from getting soft. Put a thin layer of shortening on the dipped cones and rolled in colored sugar.
