I made this "roasted" pig for my sons Survivor Island Birthday Party. I wish I had had more time to fix him up, but the idea was there and the kids loved it! 12" layers of Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake & Vanilla WASC, carved & filled with Strawberries & buttercream, covered in MMF, surrounded with real apples & napa cabbage leaves.
