Buttercream with fondant drape and fresh flowers.....

The reception for this wedding was so amazing. The cake was center stage in the beautiful hotel ballroom. I iced the cake in a smooth ivory buttercream with a satin ribbon at the base of each tier. I added a fondant drape brushed with pearl dust, and then finished it with fresh flowers.
