This is a quick cake I did for my husband's birthday yesterday. It is a 2 layer spice cake with crusting cream cheese icing(from this site) Idea was taken from Wilton 2006 yearbook.

I love it! What are the trees made of? I especially love the fact that you didn't use "Pepperidge Farm" Goldfish!
the trees and boat are gumpaste, the trees have dowel rod "trunks" that you can't see in this pic. Thanks!
The entire head/face is great!! So much detail!!! Did you do that by hand or with a mold??
