Imma HUGE fan of yours....you have crazy skills. Question tho. How did you manage to keep the cotton candy from melting?...I used it only a couple times in the past, but only lasted like an hour before flattening and pulling away, eventually melting fairly fast from there and looking really bad. Always wondered how I could prevent that but figured it's 'just one of those things' and can't prevented.(?)

The humidity will do that,I only use this technique in to cool dry months. Or you can spin the sugar by hand and that will hold up better.
