Another princess cake like so many before. A customer sent a pic of a cake from cakesbysam.com website and wanted to know if I could do this cake. So if it was yours thanks for the inspiration. I pretty much did it like she saw it but changed the border and didnt use contour pans. I didnt want to stray too far from what she saw, because she said this was the cake that she wanted. It was covered in mmf. That has becaome my new bday cake fondant unles the specifically ask for the other. I have found that most do not want to pay thar for bday cakes. So this is a cheap alternative.
