Here?s a cake I made this past weekend for a clien?ts 50th birthday. She was having a Paris themed party and this cake fit perfectly. Original design by Cakes by Roselyn.
@dells Sorry I haven't logged on in here in ages. The Eiffel tower is a chocolate mold so I put a mix of fondant and gum paste in there and carefully took it out of the mold and used a wooden skewer inserted up one side and left it to dry. So, as long as you have long skewers, once it dries you can insert directly into the cake.
