Great cake - details are perfection! Would you mind sharing how you did your Eiffel Tower? Also, how did you get it to stand up on the cake? Awesome!

@dells Sorry I haven't logged on in here in ages. The Eiffel tower is a chocolate mold so I put a mix of fondant and gum paste in there and carefully took it out of the mold and used a wooden skewer inserted up one side and left it to dry. So, as long as you have long skewers, once it dries you can insert directly into the cake.
