I usually like a cake that looks like a savory dish, french fries, a sandwich, spaghetti and meatballs. But this is the flip side - mashed potatoes tinted pink and a marinara meatloaf base. If you closed your eyes and ate it, it was great. Otherwise, the reactions were priceless! Of course I made it for extended family!
