This is the final Groom's cake I did last weekend. I made a few minor modifications and did less airbrushing and more luster dust to give the cake more depth and texture. I added "battle scars" as well.

The bride found a picture on the internet of a cake similar to this from which I took inspiration - especially for the custom stand all made from plexiglass pieces that I put together. Using pictures of Imperial Destroyers from the movies, I created the aircraft.

For the big reveal, the DJ played the Star Wars theme song and the caterer wheeled out the cake from behind closed doors. SURPRISE! Ha, wish I was a fly on the wall! The groom loved it and the caterer said is was a big success. TFL!
