@Relznik - The pleats weren't that hard. I just covered the cake normally and left some loose fondant instead of smoothing it out. Then just put the pleats where I wanted the. The knot and the ends were a separate piece of fondant.

@icingcentral - The buckle was pretty easy too. I cut the ovals and the letters using the Cricut. Then I used one of my sculpting tools to carve in the mountains. I painted the whole think black and then washed it almost completely with silver.
