Spongebob Squarepants

I made and donated this cake to three birthday boys who are part of an adopted family made up of 50 adopted boys ALL with severe medical problems. I volunteer with Icing Smiles (we all can and should! It's awesome) a non profit w/ volunteers like US CCers who make cakes for terminally ill or sick kids and their siblings.
