Thank you both very much! Yes they have cake in them. I just made a round cake and scooped the cake in. Found the idea on Pinterest. But changed it up. Theirs had a candy ring for handle filled with candy. The girls LOVED them!

Ohhh thank you guys. It is a shortbread cookie base. Candy melts hold it together and made handles.
