I made this Angry Birds cake for my son's 12th birthday. The cake is chocolate filled with chocolate ganache. Everything is made in fondant except the "rubber" part of the slingshot which is gum paste. The cake board is covered in dark and light blue marbled fondant with a food colour "paint" technique.
