Saw this cake on-line and had to try it. Made it for my nanbabies Easter 2012. Top of chicken is white cake with buttercream. Bottom half is chocolate with rasberry filling. Covered in buttercream frosting and homemade marshmallow fondant. Beak and feet are gumpaste.
