I made these for a friends bake sale. And they were a big hit. I call them "fauxtess cakes" they were choco cakes with cream cheese filling and choco glaze and white icing swirl and the other was an awesomely sweet and tangy lemon cake with an awesome homemade raspberry icing..... sooo good : )
