My 1st attempt at a coconut buttercream football pitch cake for my nephew. He loves Gaelic football and Armagh so he was so pleased with this. Its a victoria sponge made with vanilla buttercream and jam. The buttercream on top was made with green coloring, and mixed food coloring with the coconut and sprinkled on top. I made the footballs from icing and the logo was printed on wafer stuck onto an icing circle. Finally finished off with chocolate fingers fence.
