This was my first stacked cake (SPS). It is a three tier round french vanilla with raspberry filling. It's frosted with buttecream and has 31 gumpaste roses. This was the first large cake I had ever done butter cream on. And the first ever cake that I had done sugar flowers. All in all I figure it turned out pretty well...considering it was decorated in a hotel room :D
