This cake was for a birthday on Easter. Each tier is different cake/filling. Top tier is chocolate cake with whipped ganache filling. The middle tier is white cake with pastry cream and fresh strawberries. The last tier is actually styrofoam. The cupcakes have whipped ganache filling too and they are topped with white and dark chocolate egg shells. Lots of chocolate decorations (carrots, bunnies) and fresh flowers. Really enjoyed making this cake.
