I used 7", 6" and 5" tins. It was 7 layers in the end as barbie is very leggy! For the ruffles i used my pasta machine to make ribbons and then pinched one side of the ribbon to make the ruffles (as I can't seem to get the hang of making ruffles the other way!). I took my inspiration from Andrea at the mackandnorm channel on youtube. Her cakes are amazing! TFL x
