I did ganache and fondant to get the straightest linees possible and then brushed the fondant with white chocolate so the sprinkles would stick. I took the pics outside but the reception was indoors so I didn't have to worry about melting chocolate :)
I hope you got paid what that beautiful cake is worth! I've seen this done with sugar, but this is the first one with multi-colored sprinkles. I LOVE this cake!
