Princess Castle Cake

Hi. Did you use a textured rolling pin for the bricks? I just made a similar cake and found that I had to let the fondant sit for a bit before rolling it around the towers, otherwise the bricks would stretch and go out of shape. Good work!

I used a brick impression mat. I put the fondant on the towers first and then I put the brick pattern on. It was ok this way and I didn't have to worry about it stretching.
