Topsy turvy

A huge 100 portions topsy turvy cake for Julie, a colorful 40 years old woman. This is my second topsy turvy, a challenge, but it turned well. This is a vanilla cake, half filled with buttercream and raspberry jam and the other half with custard. The entire cake was covered with fondant. All details are fondant. I had a lot of fun making this cake!
