Happy Birthday to me! This is the birthday cake I made for myself. (not cuz I had to but because I wanted to. 2 tier Chocolate cake with a caramel buttercream with pecans and coconut. Iced with chocolate buttercream. Covered with fondant and decorated with tulip cutouts. Didn't last long at work today. We all went through it like a swarm of locusts.
