Actually, I use Pastry Pride, it comes in a quart or gallon size container. It can be purchased at most cash and carry stores such as Smart and Final. It only requires mixing to the desired consistency.

Try your local cake descorating supply store, they usually carry it. Just request it, they usually have it in a refrigerator some where in the store. At a cake supply it usually runs about $5.00 a carton, and one carton contains enough to ice and decorate a 1/4 sheet cake.
