This cake was for a little girl's (named Paris) first birthday. The whole theme of the party was Eiffel Towers. She had a small smash cake for herself, but the Eiffel Tower was the main focus. This one was challenging but fun! Cake itself is a 10" white w/raspberry filling and 8" white w/chocolate ganache filling. TYFL!!
