For Mario's 35th Birthday he got a big surprise - a replica of his Cadillac CTS in cake! The cake is chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter filling, frosted in chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. Everything on the cake is edible - the license plate and cadillac symbols are hand painted with food colors and the tires are made from rice krispie treats covered in fondant.
