Pink cowgirl hat themed birthday. Super simple 2 tiered cake...bottom is a 10" cake frosted in buttercream with fondant cow spots and a rope border. The hat was a 6" cake with a rice krispie treat on top carved in the shape of the hat. I used a fondant/gumpaste mix for the brim so the sides would stay in place.
