Lavender & Lemon

6" lavender scented victorian sponge cake with lemon cream filling. Iced with Sugar Pixy's Buttercream Tropical recipe. I piped lavender flowers on the cake and added a lemon coloured bow to tie in with the flavour of the cake. Thanks to Sugar Pixy for her tutorial on how to get sharp edges with her buttercream recipe - it stands up to island heat like nobody's business! TFL!
