In community album: Easter
These were done for my kids' Kindergarten & Preschool classes.  I was supposed to make the ears out of fondant, but didn't have enough last  night at 11:30 and decided to use paper instead.  Icing is buttercream decorated with M&M's and Jelly Beans

These are sooooo cute! I love them...exactly how did you make the ears? They all look perfect.

They are the cutest cupcakes!! Question..if the ears are made from paper, won't they soak up the grease from the icing?

Thanks a lot!!! The ears were printed on card stock paper. Yes, they did soak up the grease from the icing. I put them in at the last minute to try and avoid that from happening. You really couldn't tell unless you knew what you were looking for. To answer how I exactly did the ears. I used the bendy line in Paint and created one shape inside the other and colored the inside pink. Does that make sense?
