Isomalt Faux Glass Beads

Here's the result of one of my recent culinary adventures.... 100% edible isomalt beads - NO MOLD REQUIRED shown with molded pendant. Special thanks to Peggy Tucker for her technical help and creating a project-oriented class that launched today. I'm looking forward to seeing what the Culinary Arts Community thinks of this little venture. Special thanks to Cake Play Isomalt and Chef Rubber (colorants, tools & silicone) for their continued support in my sugar arts RnD.

I can't believe I didn't comment on this when you posted it, but here goes now. This is beyond incredible. I, too, make jewelry, and this is the perfect intersection between that and cake decoration. Seriously, if you ever decide to do a DVD, let me know. I'll be the first in line to buy it. Or maybe you could do a course for Craftsy?
