A new trend for wedding receptions...is having a dessert table instead of a single large tiered cake. This bride chose a white rosette tiered cake as the main focal point. Then she had me create multiple layer cakes in yellow, chocolate dipped strawberries in white and milk chocolate, chocolate dipped and decorated oreos in white and milk chocolate, and 150 cupcakes in three varieties with vintage edible chocolate buttons, and hand made flags. I couldn't get all of the items in the photo as it was three large round tables put together....but you get to see some of the key pieces. I loved the end result. Photo by Kevin Paul Photography
