Broken eggshell cupcakes

Easter cupcakes for hubby's niece and nephew, since I realised last night with horror that I didn't have any easter eggs for them.. oops! I only just got back from a trip yesterday, so wasn't organised. I hope they're suitably grossed out by them :-P

@ BizCoCos white chocolate. @laurenm: I should have mentioned the idea came from the book 'what's new cupcake'. They are just mini cuppies with white chocolate icing and a dollop of lemon curd for the yolk. The shells are made by oiling the inside of a plastic egg, and using a paintbrush to apply chocolate to the inside. Refrigerate, apply more chocolate if necessary, then when set hope you don't break them trying to pry them out of the plastic eggs! Some of mine did crack a bit, so I just fixed the...
