Looks great- yeah- your buttercream is flawless- please share what recipe and technique- I'm still struggling with getting buttercream or ganache anywhere near what you have accomplished- I'm jealous (in a good way)

Thx 4 th compliments! I use sugarshack's bc techniques. Her buttercream dvd is priceless!! It also helps to use hi ratio shortening & get the bc up to the springs on yr mixer.
