For my Dad's 83rd birthday. Dark chocolate cake with cherry filling and stablized whipped cream icing. Chocolate shaving on sides and top. This cake accompanied a cuckoo clock cake for my German father. Thought it was only fitting to have a Black Forest cake with a cuckoo clock since the Black Forest is known for their cuckoo clocks! TFL!!!
