2 tier stacked Sponge cake covered in ivory sugarpaste with baby blue and lemon accents, to celebrate my grandson's naming day ceremony on April 1st.  Top tier is set back and resembles a toy box.  Star Cake topper, made from flower wires and sugarpaste, is set in a cake pick.

Wow, this is beautiful!!! can you tell how you made the baby?? it's perfect!!!

Thank you Rosie2. The baby itself is actually made from modelling paste (a 50:50 sugar/flower paste mix), using a mould done in two halves. It needed a day or two to dry properly then the two halves were 'sandwiched' together using royal icing. Facial details were added using an edible pen (very lightly) and the hat and blanket are sugarpaste. Unfortunately I can't tell you for sure who made this mould as someone lent it me, however on Amazon, there is a mould that might possibly be the same one ma...
