the pinwheels were really easy... for the large pinwheels, I cut a 4x4 piece of fondant and then from each corner I cut inward toward the middle approx 1.5 inches. I folded the corners towards the center and glued it with some piping gel. I made them about 4 days before the event so they can harden completely.
