My 1st 4-teir cake. The client was looking to replicate the original cake from 50 years ago but we decided to do a modern fondant version of the instead still incorporating the swan pillars and original topper. Overall I'm very pleased with it. It was RV with cream cheese icing which was a bit soft and caused some buldging. Handmade gumpaste roses were duested in gold.
