After frilling the edges i place it on a sponge ,hold it down in the centre with the ball tool and pull petals towards you to take shape.
Keep turning the flower until all petals are done.
cai0311,Start piping from the right ,move towards the back ,then left and finish on top.
Move your hand slowly so you get that ruffled look.
Also if the ganache is a little soft then only it will have that ruffle look.
