Busy Bees

Made these for a bake sale at the neighborhood elementary school. Lots of frosting on these bad boys - I'm sure the kids were bouncing off the walls for hours!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! The bees are made out of fondant. I used a sugar gun for the black stripes (but I should have just used a pizza cutter + ruler). I cut out the wings with a small heart cutter from an aspic cutter set, then cut the hearts in half. Eyes are just dotted on with a foodwriter.
