how lovely! did you use rolled fondant or poured fondant? and how big (or small) are these mini cakes? You do beautiful work with a keen eye to design. Good on you.

Thankyou! These cakes are about 3 inches across and about 5 inches tall. I used a white rolled fondant to cover and coloured flower paste to make the flowers.

Did you cut these out of a bigger cake or use a pan that bakes them individually? They are lovely!!!

I have a special pan. It's just like a metal tray with individual ring tins set on top.
