This is a beautiful cake... what is your cake board covered in?

Thanks guys! The cake board is covered in wrapping paper with clear contact paper on top. The roses are done by rolling out the fondant really thin then cutting a rectangle about 4"x2". Fold the strip in half lengthwise (to make it 4"x1") then roll it up.. Really easy!
